How to Qualify for a Return

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition. If at all possible, return your item(s) in their original packaging.

If your purchase arrived damaged or not as described, we will cover your return shipping fees* and issue you a full refund.

If your purchase arrived in good condition, but you need to return it for any other reason, we will cover your return shipping fees* and issue you a 90% refund.

Items purchased when on sale may be returned, and will be refunded based on the sale price.

*We will cover your shipping fees by emailing you a pre-paid shipping label. You will simply need to print it out and attach it to the original packaging to mail it back.

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return package, it may take us up to one week to process your refund. We will email you once we have process your return. If you do not see your return in one week, double-check your bank and/or card statements, then contact us for assistance.
